Introduction
Welcome to Sabato Subscription, a service of Sabato Design LLC, a design agency located in Virginia, USA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to and using our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Sabato Subscription provides design subscription services as outlined on our website. Deliverables are limited to design work as described in your selected plan.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
- Payments are processed automatically through the payment method you provide.
- Failure to process payment may result in suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Turnaround & Scope
- Design requests are fulfilled in the order they are received.
- Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on request complexity.
- Task limits per subscription plan:
- Essentials: 1 active task at a time
- Growth: 2 active tasks at a time
- Enterprise (custom plan): 3+ active tasks at a time
- Unlimited requests are permitted, but only up to the active task limit for your plan will be worked on simultaneously.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide clear instructions, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials submitted for use in your designs.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final design deliverables created under your subscription.
- Sabato Design LLC retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Any design tools, source files, or frameworks used internally remain the intellectual property of Sabato Design LLC.
6. Cancellations & Pauses
- Subscriptions require a two months cancellation notice. Service and billing will continue during this notice period.
- You may request to pause your subscription; however, paused time does not roll over.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
7. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver high-quality work, Sabato Design LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased sales, brand recognition, or engagement).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabato Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
